I also acknowledge that this is a NUT-FREE ZONE and agree to adhere to this policy for the safety of all participants. Furthermore, I understand that PARENTS MUST PROVIDE 2 SNACKS for their child during the event/program. Lastly, by agreeing to this consent, I provide PHOTO CONSENT for photos taken during the event/program to be used for promotional or informational purposes. I agree that parents who do not have siblings on the trip are responsible for picking up their children at the designated camp ending hours. I agree that children on trips might return after camp ending hours, as counselors will provide updates on the return time on the day of the trip. I agree that St. Mark Christian Academy does not hold any liabilities for any illness, injuries or anything related to your child while they are enrolled. I agree this is a non-disputable payment and if there is a need for a refund you must contact Director Minerva at [email protected]! If a dispute occurs this will be shown as evidence against it and will be rejected, so you must contact the Director first.
